Terms of service
Poker Trainer (pokertrainer.co). Effective October 2, 2026.
These terms cover your use of Poker Trainer, a study tool for practising flop range advantage and nut advantage. By signing in or using the trainer, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Access
Poker Trainer is invite-only. Access is personal to the person invited, so please don't share your sign-in links or let others use your account. We may decline, pause or end access at any time, including if these terms are broken.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use Poker Trainer.
What it is, and isn't
Poker Trainer is for study and practice only. It doesn't involve real money, wagering or gambling of any kind. It's an independent tool and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by GTO Wizard or any other poker site, training course or software provider.
Its feedback, scores and strategy prompts are learning aids, not advice. You're responsible for your own decisions at the table, and we make no promise that using the trainer will improve your results.
Your account and data
You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in. Your drill data belongs to you; how we handle it is explained in our privacy policy. You can export your drills at any time from the History tab.
Fair use
Please don't misuse the service. That includes trying to access other people's accounts or data, interfering with or overloading the service, probing it for security weaknesses, or copying, reselling or redistributing the trainer without permission.
Ownership
The trainer's design, code and content belong to Poker Trainer. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while you have access, and nothing more.
Availability
The trainer is provided free of charge, as is and as available. We may change, pause or discontinue features or the whole service at any time, and we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or that data will never be lost. Exporting your drills now and then is a good habit.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Poker Trainer and the people who run it aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any losses connected with poker play or decisions made using the trainer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the trainer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
